É de enlouquecer qualquer uma e do tipo de loucura que não tem fim. Repica o cabelo, pinta, faz franja, californiana, ombré hair, deixa crescer, volta à cor natural. Academia, dieta. E tudo isso pra quem? Tudo isso pra que? Pra ser melhor do que a menina que te olha torto, impressionar, pra não enjoar da imagem refletida no espelho, pra se sentir desejada pelos carinhas que se acham o máximo, mas são o mínimo. Se sentir melhor consigo mesma, talvez. Mas me diz, no final de tudo, no fim das contas, se sente mesmo? No dia seguinte da festa, depois do demaquilante, com o cabelo preso, essa é você. E ela é absurdamente linda, sem roupa enfeitada, sem forçar a barra, crua. Depois do banho, de cabelo ainda molhado, é o estado mais puro e sublime da beleza que quase todas insistem em esconder com quilos de pó corretivo e base. A triste verdade é que a gente passa a vida se maquiando, produzindo, mudando o cabelo e o guarda-roupa a todo instante, esperando pelo cara que ache tudo isso muito bonito, mas num domingo de tarde qualquer, te olhe de short, blusa branca e chinelo e confesse, meio sem jeito "Eu prefiro mil vezes você assim, de cara limpa."

Todo homem é igual até encontrar a mulher que faz toda a diferença.

Não basta ser louca, você tem que deixar alguém louco por você.

Exponha, coloque pra fora, converse, resolva, perdoe. 

A mágoa é como um veneno letal que deve ser colocado pra fora o mais rápido possível.

NEW From The Band This Week At HANSON HQ there are always many worlds colliding. The action that surrounds new products, planning events/tours/and releases,and of course the world of the band, working on songs and searching for daily inspiration for what creative paths we will follow next. After the passing of our friend Bob Babbitt last week it really has brought into focus how important it is to acknowledge those that have been an inspiration. When you loose icons both behind the scenes like Bob Babbitt, Donald "Duck" Dunn and Alan "Mr Fabulous" Rubin and those that captured the worlds attention like Michael Jackson and Ray Charles (Ray's been gone almost a decade, wow) the gap that is left is immense. Like losing a family member who always played a silent role that kept the family bound together, their absence is felt in countless ways. Those that make our cultural bonds leave a similar gap, one that is not easily filled. This week, let's think about inspiration, about songs and ideas that last. Inspiration is always there, you just have to be willing to seek it. Happy seeking. Isaac, Taylor and Zac

NEW From The Band

This Week There are always random things getting created here at HANSON HQ, some of those things are for the future (picture us each rubbing our hands together manaically) but this week we have quite a few things on the site and beyond. We are excited to announce a second members only event in Australia which we decided to do cause we have had so many people rsvp to come to the first event. So, basically Australia is amazing and we hope to see even more of you at the second MOE. There are also several random new things like new photo galleries of pics from the Banditos sessions and some of Tay's pictures all collected into one place for members. On a somber but musical note, during this last week we also lost a friend and collaborator the legendary Motown bass player Bob Babbitt. Bob was a timeless talent and a real gentleman, and his contribution to music on songs like "War", "Signed Sealed Delivered" and "Ball Of Confusion" have left a permanent indelible image on popular music. This Week

Six days left before we finish mixing, and then all that is left is one day of mastering the album. Every day we start off by reviewing what we did the night before, making any last changes and then moving on to the next track on our list. Things have been going well for the last week, and it looks like we are going to stay on track and just finish on time. While we are not yet finished mixing, all of our minds are starting to think about the next and final step, mastering. During mastering we will have to pick the final order for the album, and the final track listing deciding what will and will not make the new album. It is a hard decision, and one which every member of the band has there own perspective, but like always we will battle through until we come to a consensus. In addition to the new album getting ever closer to its completion we are also charging head long into the other projects that go with the new album. Starting next month we will be announcing the first leg of the World Tour, the release date for the single, album and album packages. We will be announcing the name of the album and name of the documentary about the recording of the album. We are really excited to have everything lined up together for maybe the first time ever after twenty years as a band. Isaac, Taylor and Zac Hanson

This week, there is a lot to share, some pics from Summerfest, and some snaps from the new 3CG studios, plus a lot of new content coming down the pike It is hard to believe, but we are already half way thought 2012. wow. It has been a more quiet spring and early summer, but like we mentioned last week, we have been busy. We are working on songs,and plotting world domination...but you knew that, right :o) One of the things we are pumped to share with members starting next week is some blogs about the making of each of the No Sleep For Bandito's songs. We put together a cool video for each song that shows how they came together, and some of the strangeness that comes with a nocturnal EP. It's been a couple months since HANSON DAY but we are also going to be posting a new vid blog about all the stuff that went on during that weekend, we hope you like that. Beyond all the new stuff on Hnet we have been giving a lot of thought to new songs, and looking for inspiration. Check out a few random pics from our one off trip up to Milwaukee to do Summerfest last weekend, which was a GREAT show. Also some snaps from inside the new 3CG studio's last week. From The Band! Well, the summer is in full swing here in the US, with the season of beaches, BBQ's and near death experiences during the Independence Day celebration where many exploding things are fashioned and released into the atmosphere. We have had a much quieter several weeks since the HANSON DAY gathering back in May but there is a lot going on at HANSON HQ. We are planning tours, working on music and coming up with cool ideas (we think they are cool) for events and special products to come out later this year. On another note we have several summer one off shows which will be great to keep our musical chops sharp (Summerfest this weekend in Millwaukee). Of course we are also pumped for the coming Canadian shows and the almost SOLD OUT Australian Shout It Out Tour (don't forget to get your tickets if you are in Sydney or Brisbane, they are almost gone). There are a lot of creative juices flowing in HANSONland, and we are also trying to stay cool in the depths of the record breaking American summer heat. TulsaWorld: o evento Hanson Day remete aos fãs, a cidade natal da banda de Tulsa


Não era algo que Hanson inicialmente se importasse em abraçar, disse Taylor Hanson.
Quando os irmãos Zac, Isaac e Taylor estrearam o álbum da banda, "Middle of Nowhere", em 6 de maio de 1997, o governador de Oklahoma, Frank Keating, declarou Hanson Day no Sooner State.
Era uma coisa única, de um dia, para celebrar o álbum de estréia de Hanson, "Middle of Nowhere".
"Eu estava muito relutante em abraçar a bandeira do dia Hanson", admitiu Taylor. "Quero dizer, quão narcisista isso soa?"
Mas uma década depois, as festas do fã-clube continuam ficando maiores.
"Sim, a bolha de Hanson quase apareceu no final de semana passado", disse ele, então riu. "Tulsa estava cheio".
Bem-vindo ao meio do nada.
Hanson Day se expandiu para fins de semana preenchidos com uma atmosfera festiva, desde a criação de música até uma celebração descarada da base de banda dos irmãos: Tulsa.
E Taylor disse que já começaram a planejar a explosão do próximo ano.
"Este ano, nós realmente desafiamos a nós mesmos e aos nossos fãs. Queríamos colocar uma participação no terreno e obter idéias e começar a pensar nos próximos cinco anos de celebrações".
A partir de uma entrevista por telefone de quarta-feira, muitos dos 1.500 participantes estimados ainda estavam em Green Country, disse Taylor.
Fãs de todo os EUA e de 17 países fizeram a viagem a Tulsa no fim de semana passado para celebrar o dia de Hanson, er, semana.
"Muitas dessas pessoas são amigas. Eles começaram a conhecer-se mutuamente dos nossos concertos e da nossa música, então eles estão aqui para se ver, também", disse ele. "Esta não é apenas uma celebração de, 'Hey! É Hanson!' É sobre a comunidade. Este é um grande problema para eles e para nós, e eles também adoram nossa cidade ".
Os eventos anuais de Hanson também são sobre mostrar a cidade natal dos irmãos. O fim de semana do fã incluiu um torneio de boliche no local Dust Bowl Lanes & Lounge e uma degustação de cerveja em massa no McNellie's. Houve passeios para o Caz's Pub e para a Blue Rose on Riverside Drive; Houve uma festa de rua na Main Street e exibições de filmes no Circle Cinema também.
Houve também dois concertos acústicos no Cain's Ballroom - um transmitiu on-line para uma audiência global em mais de 30 países, disse ele.
Outra parada foi o estúdio de 3CG Records, de propriedade familiar e operado pela família, localizado no distrito de Brady, no centro da cidade.
"Este é o nosso território", disse Taylor Hanson. "Nós adoramos isso aqui, e Tulsa representa o que somos e quem somos e o que representamos. Conhecer esta cidade explica nossa perspectiva e por que fazemos o que fazemos".
Ele primeiro percebeu o "poder" do fã-clube da banda - e Hanson Day - quando a banda gravou uma versão acústica de seu álbum de estúdio, "Underneath", com alguns fãs no icônico Church Studio no Pearl District de Tulsa. Também foi uma oportunidade para ensinar a rica história musical de Tulsa. O fundador de Tulsa Sound, Leon Russell, comprou o local e depois o vendeu, mas não antes de trabalhar com todos, de George Harrison para Eric Clapton para Tom Petty e Bob Dylan.
Os encontros mantêm o clã Hanson inspirado também. Além disso, os fãs são aqueles que compraram mais de 16 milhões de álbuns desde a estréia do "Middle of Nowhere" de Hanson.
A banda também anunciou recentemente um retiro de cinco dias "Back to the Island" na Jamaica.
"Tanto da nossa fama é alimentada e mantida por voluntários da" equipe de rua "que promovem shows e ajudam a divulgar o que fazemos", disse Taylor. "Eles criaram e mantiveram uma rede global. Muito disso é para eles".
O que a banda quer é "contato consistente e constante" com uma base de fãs global e popular, disse ele.
"Nós queremos que eles saibam tudo o que estamos fazendo. A era de 'Vamos lançar um álbum a cada dois anos e depois conversaremos com você e tour para apoiar esse álbum' há muito tempo. Nós somos dinâmicos - nossos fãs São dinâmicos ".
Esses fãs também serão os primeiros a ouvir novas músicas de um próximo álbum de estúdio. Em setembro ou outubro, "provavelmente teremos outro encontro para isso - mas menor", disse Taylor, então riu.

From The Band! We have been mainly under the radar since the Hanson Day celebration two weeks ago. I guess the recovery took longer than we thought it would. We are continuing to work on the new album, writing and also planning for a little more sanity (slowing things down) throughout this year. I think all three of us have really needed this last few months to recharge before getting back into the swing of recording and then promoting a new album. It is a delicate balance between letting the music find its way and knowing it needs to be pushed along at times. We will not begin the full-on recording process for a few more months, mostly because of the need to finalize the writing of all the songs that will be on the next album, but also because summer called and said the beach is waiting... What?! I need a little beach time! Assuming recording goes as planned, our hope is to begin sharing some of the music from the new album starting as soon as the fall, maybe in a similar way to how we shared the very first song recorded for the new album, "TONIGHT," with H.net members during the Hanson Day Members Only Event a few weeks ago in Tulsa. p.s.
